Background

Since 2001, the Kansas City Quality Improvement Consortium (KCQIC) has made use of a consensus decision-making model to formulate health quality improvements for the Kansas City, Bi-state area.

KCQIC has built a reputation for working in partnership with all community stakeholders to ensure that Kansas City area residents will have quality health care systems.
